JELLY (CHERRY)
Jelly is the second eldest of my main 3 OCs. Originally a persona, I grew too attached to her to the point where she had an entire story and world, calling her a persona no longer felt fair.
She's generally cheery and typically naive. Though she has a tendency to assume things when she doesn't have enough evidence.
YOGURT
Yogurt is the eldest of my main 3 OCs. Having been created alongside Peanutbutter, I made her to act as a reasonable, grounded character to the trio.
She's cynical and tough on the world and those around her. But she'd do the impossible to protect those she holds close.
She's also the only one of my OCs who's canonically divorced!
PEANUTBUTTER
Peanutbutter is the youngest of my main 3 OCs. He was made with the idea of "shy nerd" in mind, and to act as the realist among his siblings.
He is horribly awkward and uncomfortable around most people, he works best on his own, hunched over a microscope. But nothing drives us quite like love, does it?

Non-Commercial Terms of Service
By commissioning ArtificialJ (Employee) to illustrate (Product), you (Customer) agree to the terms and Conditions below.SERVICES
For the advertised price, Employee will illustrate the requested Product for Customer.
Upon payment, Employee’s services have been fulfilled.RIGHTS TO PRODUCT
Employee retains the right to use Product for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified.
Employee retains intellectual property over Product.
Customer retains intellectual property over design.
Customer may use Product privately or for non-commercial uses.
Customer may use Product when commissioning other works, commercial or non-commercial.
Customer may not use Product in relation to AI.
Customer may not edit or alter Product other than for profile picture and banner cropping.RIGHT TO DISMISSAL AND REFUND
Employee has the right to refuse any Customer for any reason
Employee has the right to cancel Product without refund if Customer abuses or harasses Employee.
Customer has the right to request a refund if no work has been done on Product within 2 weeks. Unfinished Product may not be edited by anyone.CREDITING
If posted on social media by Customer, credit in the form of “By @ArtificialJ” is acceptable. If used as a profile picture or in the banner “By @ArtificialJ” is expected to be included within the description of the account.
If posted on social media by Employee, credit in the form of “for @Customer” will be attached unless otherwise specified.PAYMENT
Payment is expected in two invoices, deposit and final payment. A deposit is 25% of the price and is expected upon completion of stage 1 (sketch) of Product. Final payment is expected upon completion of stage 4 (rendering) of Product.
Commercial Terms of Service
By commissioning ArtificialJ (Employee) to illustrate (Product) for a commercial product (Project), you (Customer) agree to the terms and Conditions below.SERVICES
For agreed-upon price/royalties, Employee will illustrate the requested Product(s) for Project within an agreed time frame.
Upon completion of the final, previously agreed-upon Product(s), Employee’s services have been fulfilled.
Should unforeseen services still be required, renegotiation is required.RIGHTS TO PRODUCT
Employee retains the right to use Product(s) for promotional purposes AFTER Project is released for purchase or after an agreed-upon date.
Employee retains intellectual property over Product(s).
Customer retains intellectual property over design(s).
Customer may use Product(s) in promotional material, and for agreed-upon commercial purposes.
Customer may request use of Product(s) in other Project(s) for agreed-upon compensation.
Customer may not use Product(s) in relation to AI.RIGHT TO DISMISSAL AND REFUND
Employee has the right to refuse any Customer for any reason
Employee has the right to cancel Product without refund if Customer abuses or harasses Employee.
Customer has the right to request a discount if no work has been done on Product(s) within 15% of the total time before the agreed-upon completion date. Unfinished Product(s) may not be edited by anyone.
Customer has the right to request a refund if Product(s) are not completed before the agreed-upon date.CREDITING
Credit to Employee must be provided within Project and be equal to or greater than the credit of an average employee working on the Project.
Credit in promotional material is not required.PAYMENT
Payment is expected on the completion of Product(s), and/or in the form of royalties from Project for the previously agreed-upon amount(s).
